Plant Based For A Day: Tulum, Mexico

Dear reader,

I am feeling rested and refreshed after my recent trip to Tulum. It was a unique and cozy beach town located on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, and it’s become a real hot spot for travelers seeking a plant-based or vegan lifestyle. After my stay there, this was no surprise at all.

The first thing I noticed when I arrived in Tulum was just how beautiful it was. The white sandy beaches and clear waters were simply breathtaking, and the whole town had this laid-back, bohemian vibe that I found so refreshing.

But what really stood out to me was just how easy it was to find amazing plant-based and vegan food options everywhere I went. There were so many restaurants and cafes serving up delicious meals made from fresh, local ingredients, and I never once felt like I was missing out on anything.

But what really made Tulum such a special place for me was the community of like-minded people I met while traveling around the town. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I loved connecting with other locals and travelers alike who shared my passion for wholesome, plant-based living.

With all of that being said, here are my top picks for a full day of plant based eating in Tulum:
