Strawberries and Cream Smoothie

Dear reader,

When summertime rolls around and the strawberries are sweet and ripe, get picking. Don’t forget to freeze whatever you cannot finish – preserve those ruby treasures. You can of course use commercial frozen strawberries if fresh produce is not accessible. This creamy, decadent smoothie is inspired by the Strawberries and Cream served for Wimbledon – a traditional way to enjoy the biggest tennis event of the year. In my opinion, there’s not better way to welcome summer. Happy sipping.

Until next time,

Bridget
