3-Minute Savory Oats

A simple, savory way to start your day.
Servings 1 serving
Total Time 3 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 microwave safe serving bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats if using quick oats, follow package instructions
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • hot sauce to taste
  • 1-2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning measure with your heart

Instructions

  • Combine oats and water in microwave safe serving bowl, and heat in the microwave for two minutes.
  • Let the oats sit for an additional minute, then stir in the soy sauce. or tamari and hot sauce.
  • Top with the tahini and everything bagel seasoning, serve immediately.
