Oli Popsicles
Equipment
- 8-10 Popsicle molds
Ingredients
- 2 cups Olipop Probiotic Soda
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave
- Sliced fruit to garnish
Instructions
- Distribute sliced fruit into the molds. Combine the Olipop soda, coconut milk, and sweetener of choice in pitcher or carafe and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, tapping on the counter to remove any air pockets.
- When ready to eat, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then remove the pops from the mold. Enjoy right away.
