Cilantro Aioli

Dear reader,

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again-sauce is key. This Mediterranean-inspired sauce known for its rich flavor and versatile uses in the kitchen can be used as a dip, spread, topping, or marinade, pairing well everything from roasted vegetables to sandwiches. What sets an aioli apart from other sauces is its robust garlic flavor, which adds a savory punch to any dish. Whether you’re looking for a tasty dip for your vegetables, or a zesty sauce for your next breakfast hash or flatbread, aioli wins.

This cilantro aioli is a variation that incorporates fresh cilantro and lime for a bright and herbaceous flavor. Give it a whirl, and let me know how you used it!

Until next time,

Bridget
