Creamy Pistachio Smoothie
Equipment
- Vitamix, or any high speed blender
Ingredients
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 medjool date, pit removed
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ cup shelled pistachios
- 1 ½ bananas, frozen
- 2 packed cups fresh spinach
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of coconut flakes and chopped pistachios. Enjoy straight away.
