3-Minute Savory Oats
A simple, savory way to start your day.
Equipment
- 1 microwave safe serving bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats if using quick oats, follow package instructions
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- hot sauce to taste
- 1-2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning measure with your heart
Instructions
- Combine oats and water in microwave safe serving bowl, and heat in the microwave for two minutes.
- Let the oats sit for an additional minute, then stir in the soy sauce. or tamari and hot sauce.
- Top with the tahini and everything bagel seasoning, serve immediately.
